I’m usually pretty structured in my training and tend to always have a plan on the go to help visualise and track my plans and progress. For 2020 I’m not too sure how things are going to go. I aim to keep to a 5-6 times a week schedule with intervals once a week and build in good recovery periods. Things will peak in July before the 100miler in Aug and I’ll probably get up to around 70-80 miles per week for a bit. We shall see…
Tadworth Athletics Club – my awesome club – in general I try and join the weekly club session for hills, intervals or track workouts as well as the Winter XC league and various events through the year.
